Avision is proud to introduce its slim scanner series. With scan size up to A4, the Avision PaperAir 10 is your ideal tool to digitize your business document. Based on the innovative CIS (Contact Image Sensor) technology, the PaperAir 10 is only 46mm (1.8" in) in height and weights a mere 1.4 kg.

Easy-To-Use PaperAir Manager Software
For the broader consumer who may not necessarily have any knowledge about scanner, Avision introduced the easy-to-use PaperAir Manager software without a TWAIN driver. Simply press the Scan button, the scan is completed with the predefined scan settings. Using PaperAir you gain perhaps the easiest scanning experience that allows you to scan multiple pages no matter the size and color of your document.

Searching Document has never been easier
PaperAir Manager comes with a powerful search engine. With the advanced search engine, all documents can be scanned and all the image text can be recognized and saved into a database through the text recognition process. Simply type your keyword, your document can be searched within seconds through the recognized image text, the file name, and the tag information.

Converting paper documents into Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint files
PaperAir 10 scanner lets you automatically recognize image text and save image and the text into a Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint file.

E-mailing or printing a scanned image directly after scanning
With PaperAir Manager, you can attach the scanned image to your default e-mail software application or print it out with your printer instead of using a copy machine.

No Power-Cord Required
The PaperAir 10 is powered by a micro USB cable to the PC. No external power adapter and cords are needed!

An Ideal Solution to Scan Thick Documents
When a thick document or any bulky object needs to scan, the innovative cover can be lifted up to help flattening your item. As a result, an optimized image quality can be easily obtained since the item is more evenly lit.

Optimize your image with various image enhancement tools
The PaperAir Manager offers various image enhancement tools to make your scanned image ready to be used. With these features, your documents are automatically cropped, straightened, and rotated to the correct orientation, and your blank pages are automatically removed.
